I have been a client of Diane An Tina for 3+ years. Diane is an excellant nail tech, very good at her trade. I'm so grateful for the service I get an highly recommend ALL their services. It could be 1 or 2 days before my next apt., an im continue to get complaints on how beautiful my nails are

I've tried a handful of nail salons in Eugene over the years and I've finally found my place! Dyane is phenomenal (as is the rest of their team) and my nails have never been stronger, happier and so consistently beautiful as they have been since seeing her for the past two years for my acrylics/gel manicures. Shes always willing to try something new and executes my design ideas flawlessly. Could not be happier. I'm one of their many lifelong clients and can't recommend them enough!

EDIT: Billy reached out immediately after posting the one-star review below and got me in quickly. He redid the service free of charge with zen gel and a color that better suits my complexion after testing a few colors on me. The service was lovely and of incredible quality. He even triple checked that every nail cured. Thank you Billy for making it right! The darker color manicure is the new one - pics taken right after service was complete. OLD REVIEW Been coming here for four months for manicures and would have gladly kept coming because the atmosphere is nice and their hours work well with my schedule. My hybrid gel + color fill dried lumpy within an hour of getting it done. I was one of the last appts for the day so I called the next morning. I explained that most of the nails are lumpy. They were polite on the phone but will only re-do my full set for the full price, unless I book with the same tech that did my service who “may choose” to give me a discount. I’m really disappointed that they won’t stand by their service for the money I already paid ($74 with tip). My manicure is 48 hours old in these pics.

Update: they called and offered me a gift certificate to help remedy, which was nice of them and I thought it was worth mentioning. --- This was my first time coming here and the photos were taken when I got home. The front desk staff were super nice and friendly and the atmosphere is very nice. But, my service felt very rushed and was lacking attention to detail. Shapes are inconsistent or uneven (for example, my thumbs are two different lengths or, on other fingers, the thickness of the acrylic varies), the acrylic and polish don't cover the whole nail, and you can see the different layers of polish on the edges. I paid $70 for the set, $60 base and a $10 upcharge for the cat-eye polish. Overall it was a nice experience, I just wish the nails looked a bit more polished (no pun intended lol). The drill sometimes hurt my fingers but I don't get my nails done often so maybe I'm just sensitive. I'd be willing to give this place another go but maybe with a different tech
